Adjustments to forum

Post by Judge » 29 Aug 2013, 10:31

Updated some things on the forum:

Adjusted the shiny gw2 code to work.
[gw2:wa:hammer|greatsword]
[gw2:battle standard] !!

Updated the WvW part of the forum to only shows when logged in to keep it to registered taggies only. The builds there should and shall be protected!

Might people find that some subforums can be handy if added let me know.

He missed the release by almost a year though, and that's without counting the GW1 TaG days! :P

But on a more serious note, good job with the forums!

Is there a possibility to make a topic sticky? I think it could be useful for builds section. But it might be just me not knowing how to do it or not having permissions :P

OMG just noticed it's crazy easy to make it sticky! On rights it's atm still me, me, me and me.
Just let me know which builds to sticky.

Probably checking on adjusting it in a few days to get some of our ICT heavies a few more rights.
I also need to check if automatic backup options are possible.

Added vacaction & absence subforum. Handy to use in case of vacactions and such.

Implemented a mod for daily automated backups of the database. (Things that make our forum realy OUR forum.)

I added Skype ID to profile options - I noticed that we have a lot of different messengers there, but not that one.

Adjusted the forum rights so that most items can only be seen when logged in to get a bit more privacy.
